Awesome, awesome, awesome. Bruna of Utrecht, Netherlands created Nijntje 55 years ago. In America we know her as Miffy of course and often make the mistake that she comes from Japan. In reality Bruna actually despised Hello Kitty and the like.
It was wonderful.
